Scott Dickson and Mandy Wells have over 30 years of combined international audio visual experience.

Scott started out in home and office automation in 2001.  He went on to manage the Cape Town branch of a South African multinational audio visual company.  

​

Mandy started out in sales administration at the same multinational and went on to become the Cape Town sales rep for Optoma projectors.

​

They later joined forces to start Mascotte Solutions which grew rapidly.   In 2008 they were presented with the opportunity to work for an Australian multinational audio visual company.  It was an opportunity too good to pass up and they began cutting their teeth in the Aussie AV industry in Sydney and Brisbane with Electroboard Solutions.  

​

Wanting to expand their knowledge further, they moved to Canberra with Rutledge Audio Visual where they were exposed to some of the more advanced systems required by government departments, the military and the private sector associated with them.  

​

Always planning to re-establish Mascotte Solutions, they found the perfect location on the Coffs Coast.  In 2013 Mascotte Solutions was officially re-born.

Then many years later we hired Sam, somewhere around 2020..... In mid 2022 Sam bought Mascotte Solutions from us....................

I'm Sam Miller, the new owner of Mascotte Solutions, and I am beyond thrilled to be taking this business to the next level.
